22 - Forage Production acreage report is due May 22 for spring
planted acreage following the year of seeding for Alfalfa or Alfalfa
Grass Mixture types.

30th - Acreage Reporting Date for
most spring crops in this area. It is also the last date to
increase or decrease your coverage for John Deere Risk Protection's continuous
Hail Coverage.

Final date for insuring or making changes in forage
production for all the counties listed above.

Final
date for making changes in your wheat
(which includes durum and khorasan in some counties) coverage for counties considered winter wheat
counties such as Carter,
Dawson, Prairie, McCone, Richland, Rosebud, Roosevelt, and Valley counties.

Final
date for notifying intent to organic farm
in the winter wheat counties even if you don't qualify for
certification until a future year. If you are in the transitional
period of becoming an organic farmer you must identify your production
as transitional on your production history form.

date for insuring or making changes in your Rangeland
coverage in all the counties of Eastern Montana.
